Our South Tyrolean salami is mostly made from pork and carefully air-dried. Whether classic, refined with garlic, fennel, herbs or chili, or in a slightly spicy pepper coating: if you like salami, you will fall in love with the Raich range. We recommend our truffle salami to gourmets with particularly spoiled palates.
