Probably the best dough balls in the world (for us at least ;-)), the classic South Tyrolean bacon dumpling. In this mixture is only the finest dumpling bread, fine South Tyrolean bacon and a few spices. Prepare the mixture as described, form dumplings, cook quickly and enjoy South Tyrolean at home.
Goes great with crunchy salad, as a side dish with meat or even in a really good beef broth with some fresh chives on top.
INGREDIENTS: bread (wheat flour, rye flour, malt extract, salt, lard, yeast, olive oil, palm oil, caraway seeds, fennel seeds), dried bacon slices 13.4%, iodized table salt, dried onion, dried chives, dried parsley
